Step 1: Agree to Terms
I UNDERSTAND that Mark Green (or his representative) from www.thishousewebsite.com will come to my house (or a house my company lists) at his/their own risk. The exterior and interior rooms will be captured on video and placed online at www.thishousewebsite.com. It is my (the home owner’s or agent’s) responsibility to provide accurate information including room sizes, improvements, and any descriptive copy on the House Infomation Sheet provided; and to alert thishousewebsite.com of any errors or omissions in a timely manner. Mark Green (or his representative) will use “creative license” to fully capture as much of my house as deemed appropriate and reasonable. Any features that I desire to be included on the website will be communicated on the House Information Sheet. Upon selecting a payment option, I will be contacted in 1-3 business days to schedule a day to shoot video. It is my (the home owner’s or agent’s) responsibility to have the home clean, uncluttered and the yard maintained before my scheduled appointment day. I will be contacted (as a reminder) the day before my appointment and/or to reschedule due to inclement weather. My payment selection will indicate that I am in agreement with and understand these terms. I MAY USE: www.thishousewebsite.com in any effort to advertise my house (or listing) as I deem necessary. My house will be “online” within a week of my appointment and will remain posted until my house sells.
